I'm still so sad that Amy died and that I never got to see her perform in person. Even a drunken and staggering Amy would have been worth every penny to see that angel perform.
Amy looked wired during the whole performance and it certainly wasn't one of her best! She was talented as a singer but this was shit! Such a shame that all the best people have to ruin and then ultimately end themselves with the demon drugs and drink! It makes no sense and it's certainly not cool!

Amy was gifted with a soulful voice. When Amy came out to perform it just changes the dynamics on that stage. It grieves me deeply to know that we will no longer hear that powerful voice again. I wished that she could of felt how deeply she was loved by many. I wished that had been enough to make her want to stay around.

I think the problem many people have with these artists is that this music was once performed by Black people, who during the time they performed them, weren't allowed to even have their faces on album covers, because white fans had to be "tricked" into liking the song first. This was only like, 60 years ago. My mother is 62.
You kids today have NO IDEA what true talent sounds like! Study some of the really talented singers from the past and perhaps you will realise that Adele, Winehouse and their like are pale imitations of real artistes.
I guess time will tell the tale. Adele has a great voice but there's no soul in it. I think Amy's music and voice is everlasting. Adele will fade away soon.

OMG! Amy is terrified by stage fright; She must have had a lot of anxiety along with lurking depression. Great Blues singer is a tough calling but what amazing talent! I think the problem many people have with these artists is that this music was once performed by Black people, who during the time they performed them, weren't allowed to even have their faces on album covers, because white fans had to be "tricked" into liking the song first. This was only like, 60 years ago. My mother is 62.

@Messylin Instead I understand it, this term, also used to indicate "the way things go", is also used in Italy. Sorry, but don't need to be British to understand it. Even "SAD" can be a term addressed to unforseen developments. For me, in this case, "sad" is more appropriate than "funny". There is absolutely NOTHING FUNNY. "Sad the way life goes."

So great that we have artists who have real singing voices without needing dubbing (J-Lo) and who can barely reach notes (Beyonce). Seems that across the pond they actually care about that.
