LOL-Interesting that you round the neck on the end of the table saw fence rail. Nice use of jigs and sleds. Do you get much tear-out at the end of the cut when hogging the initial neck shape?
Very nice shop set-up with nice shiny tools. I wish I had that much room to move around. Also looks to be a nice boat project in the background.

@Shimert I stopped for a while to complete a Chris Craft restoration. I hope to get back on them next month. I will create some videos on how I bend the sides and such.
Love your approach. Who do you thin down the headstock?
