I'm in high school and we can slide head first for some of us it's much easier that way but word of caution much more dangerous and if you land just a little bit wrong you'll shave some skin off a hip bone
Wow softball is a great sport just playing with girls and having fun making friends and I am going to join softball cus my mom wants me to have a hobby xD

Well then how do you slide back to the bag? With your leg sticking out? That takes much longer well for me at least. Why cant you guys slide headfirst?

Yeah we are able to slide headfirst and with one leg out. I personally like leg out better because ive known that way since i was little. And we just learned headfirst last year. But i mean yeah safety is a big deal with sliding head first.
