Great song, but I'll admit to being a little disappointed with this version after seeing Simon play it live with just his acoustic guitar before this came out. I've been watching live bands for nearly 30 yrs and watching him play Angel (in 2000 I think) is definitely a highlight. I'd dearly love to hear it again. And yep, I wholeheartedly agree with chocomog35.
