These RJ85 and the RJ100 are fantastic planes. They can land on very short pistes and they climb very fast. I do not mind to fly in these airplanes at all.
yes but their fuel consumption is relatively high, especially regarding todays fuel prices. And the short take off capability is only used on the Florence route. They'd replace them, but these planes are doomed for storage because nobody wants them because they are expensive to fly.

It may be my impression, but in the final approach the engine sound is very similar to A310 (at least SATA's ones) eheh
