sgebreh - Thanks for your comment. Yes, I know that Eritrea and Ethiopia are (politically) different/they are different countries. But as far as some people/tribes/traditions (like coffee roasting and brewing) they are the same/have a shared history and tradition. That's why both are mentioned. FYI we, obviously, visited Eritrea in 2005, and were painfully aware of the political (long-term war) between them and Ethiopia. We hope and pray that more war is not to come... soon.
Nice video, but Eritrea and Ethiopia are two separate places..don't know why the parenthetical stated Ethiopian. Both countries have the same coffee traditions, but Eritrea is not Ethiopia..and Eritrean is not synonymous with Ethiopian. Sorry I see this happen too much, just wanted to make that correction.
