nice, just wondering on technique tho. Generally in a clean is the bar supposed to rest on your front delts and hands at the same time, once up? because i find my arms arnt flexible enough to have elbows like yours ):
Yes, the bar should rest on your delts and your fingers are really only there to stop it rolling off. If you can't rack it like that you need to stretch your forearms, triceps and lats. It might hurt at first but it goes away once you have the felxibility. Front squats with the same grip help too.
