It's hard to pull because you're bad it's your back, bicep, and forearm you're just using your bicep so it's probably not that hard and the bark broke and then fell apart on the second shot I'd say it was waterlogged and rotting

Problem with small game, is it's small, fast enough to jump the string, and unlikely to wait for you to get within 3 meters, which I'd judge to be your effective range. That said, well done on making this thing. How do you go shooting off your hand without a glove, I'd imagine you have either a very smooth arrow, or a very calloused hand.

I think if you use better arrow and shoot mediteranean style it could work pretty well. Bow looks good beside it is ''fast bow''. Greets

That's good going. You can turn it into a pernanent bow by taking away wood as it dries out and gets stiffer over the next few weeks/ months, or work on it as you dry it over a fire.

@gimepepe dont use a pinch grip man unless u put your index finger over the over the arrow and pull back with ring and middle finger..Yanomami style or just..nock the arrows..
