Mikey and Gerard's grandmother died of cancer. They've both said in interviews that they were very close to her, and wrote the song Helena for her, as well as this one. It really is very accurate, it's heartbreaking, but I hope writing it helped them some.

It's a miserably horrible disease. My mil had bone, lung and Adrenal cancer, she had barely entered Hospice (Maybe less than a week) at the time of her death.
