You have really nice hair and it's kinda like mine, it looks semi-strainght when you comb it out. Yours just doesn't look dead on the ends (: But you should try using a heat protector spray, it helps ALOT!

i think you should put less of tht moisturizer. it looks kinda greasyy, and if it looks like tht it my look like its all clumped up like bad eye lash liquid. & try lettin the straightener glide through your hair slowly. like your singing a slow song. :)

But I now have a better flat iron, so i will be doing a updated hair straightening video soon, showing how i get my hair silky straight

I personally cant air dry because my hair will matt and tangle. Blow drying my hair using heat protectant seems to smooth it better for the direct heat.

@watch2mefly Yeah I think blow drying it first is easier, a lot of the times I will blow dry before i straighten. My hair gets tangled when it air drys, but I been learning how to make sure it doesnt get tangled up when wet.

If you want a professional flat iron and you are ok with spending around $140 I would highly recommend the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it heats up to 450f with temperature control, dual voltage, tourmaline ceramic plates with rounded edges which makes it great for also curling your hair. Also has a 3 year warranty. If you do look at other irons make sure to stay away from irons with painted plates (colored plates) these can damage your hair.

@bajinya yeah, if u check my more recent videos my hair is super straight, I've been using just olive oil and serum then wrapping it every night and it stays super straight for days with out getting frizzy. I just use a lil bit of hair lotion sometimes just after washing it. I've been doing updated hair videos on taking care of my hair, I have a new one i didnt upload yet.

@rocki9898 yeah, I add a bit of moisterizer to it, when i straighten it. or a leave in conditioner that helps frizzy hair, I use one by Garnier Fructis. and Also I sometimes use a straightening cream. I have one by L'Oreal, i think it's called Studio Line Hot Straight. It helps the hair get straighter and it protects from the heat.

@JOJOsJOJOsJOJOsJOJO I dunno of anyway to fix your hair with just a blow dryer unless its the kind with a brush. either way it doesn't get that straight.

I'm 16 and I wasn't taught much on how to use one myself but its quite easy yet very time consuming. You can get really close to your head without burning yourself like you would with a straightening comb.
