Some people are just wired defectively and will never be fully safe to return to society. The concept of civil commitment is highly controversial, but worthy of debate. I feel that anyone held under civil commitment after having served their primary sentence should not be kept at a prison. The proper venue for those civilly committed and voluntarily committed should be something more relaxed than a prison cell, but still gated.
Marty deserved better than the brutal fate she suffered,
@snowshoe21 I resent the fact that you are parading your claimed association with and love for Marty to gain sympathy for a claim of immunity from criticism for the very royalists who sent her to death in lawless Scotland.
You have no right to suppress or dismiss criticism of Queen and monarchy which endangers Scots and visitors to Scotland alike.
For all those who have turned a blind eye to rotten politics and government in Scotland then this video blames you for this and other murders.
This is very sad,its got zero to do with English,Scots. The bastard killed her and should fry!!!!.Doesnt matter what city your in or the Highlands in this case, one must be aware of their sourndings and not hike alone anywhere!!!!.I should hope this anaimal who killed this poor woman will get his in return
@TheCelticknights It has a lot to do with the Queen whose ministers allowed this bastard out when he was known to be a danger to women. If anyone should fry it should be the Queen otherwise her ministers will go on letting dangerous criminals go free and instead locking up the Queen's political opponents who have dared to speak out to show up the royalist ministers and officers up for the stupid fascist scum they are.
I'm failing to see the connection between Prince Charles and a lax criminal justice system in Scotland. I seem to recall the Scottish Nationalist government releasing the convicted Lockerbie bomber on "compassionate" grounds to hero's welcome in Libya.
Not only is it nonsensical it's also in very poor taste to exploit a tragedy to make an irrelevant political argument . . . to say nothing of the blood-dripping graphics.
@borjon23 Try harder. The INjustice system in Scotland is part of the UK state which Charles is deputy head of. It is only lax against potential and convicted killers and murderers. Whereas with public spirited citizens who protest, criticise and take a defiant stand in the public interest in order to save lives, the UK police and courts are heavy-handed, harsh, oppressive and tyrannical.
I have uploaded 7 Lockerbie videos to this channel - please view and comment on those.
@borjon23 Actually it is having a kingdom and a monarchy which is nonsensical and medieval in the modern age when sensible countries have had revolutions or reform into republics.
It is very poor taste and extremely stupid to be in denial about the failure of the monarchy and thereby allow tragedy after tragedy with a state run by HM governments and Ministers, judges and officials of the crown who are royalist twits.
Well, looking at the recent election polls, it doesn't look like the queen will be removed out of Scotland as head of state any time soon, unfortunatly,
The SNP wanted 20 seats and they didnt even get 1 extra seat at all, there still stuck with 6, sigh....so much for independence...
@segano1 The recent election poll to the UK parliament with all elected persons required to give an oath of allegiance to the Queen before being allowed to take up their seats at Westminster was RIGGED to insist on the Queen as head of state of the union crown and to deny Scottish national independence which can only come about if the Scots are independent enough to elect our own head of state.
@ScottishStandard I didn't realise until doing some research recently just how influential the queen of England still is in Scottish politics, but I am now able to see why my Malcolm forebears left Scotland to travel to New Zealand. If pressed to give a point of view, I would say that there would be considerable interest in keeping English influence in Scotland and, thus, the likelyhood of ongoing corruption especially as regards democratic process.
Put simply, the British empire is defunct and has disappeared into the mists of history, and so the English are doing their pathetic best to shore up at least the idea of their sacred "uninvaded for a 1000 years" island and preserve faith in the English monarchy presiding over a union of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and are prepared to use pretty well any measure they deem necessary in order to preserve their outdated notions.
Let's not forget that the English have been murdering particularly Highland Scottish people for centuries under the pretext of quelling rebellion against the Crown, a Crown which had, and has no right to claim authority over them. Case in point is the murder of 38 members of the MacDonalds of Glencoe, and that wasn't the only time it happened. Murder of defenceless people under trust, left handed politics and heavy-handed executive action - the story of English involvement in Scotland.
@Alex462047 lol, you're almost as bad as the French claiming "we faught our war on their soil" pfff, idiot! ofc the scots are completely innocent throughout history, gimme a break, i have sottish blood, but when i hear crap like this it makes me sick... Anyway, enjoy your hatred of the English, i think next time you meet one call him/her a murdering bastard or the relative of one and see what their response is..
@segano1 What it actually looks like is that you (along with millions of other Scots) have been BRAINWASHED into thinking that this RIGGED election poll in some way is a fair and proper test of Scottish national opinion. It is merely how the Scots slaves were told to vote. Us free Scots are not bound by a rigged election poll and could remove the Queen from Scotland tomorrow if we had a political will to do so.
@ScottishStandard, So how exactly is the election polls rigged then?
I know you say it's because of the 'oath of allegiance' but is that all it really is?
The thing is, the SNP seem to be the only ones in Scotland that are aiming for Scottish independence, If you got rid of Alex Salmond, who is going to promote independence?
I see what you mean about the wrong place to discuss it, so for ForFreedom Forums then
@segano1 The rigging of the election is many-fold. The decisive factor is the control of broadcasting to present a strictly limited selection of parties and candidates - and commentators who don't point out how rigged the whole election is. But the brainwashing of society in favour of the kingdom and monarchy is all pervasive. The royal family is on TV 2 or 3 times a week, the Queen's face is on the money, stamps etc.
@ScottishStandard The Queen's face is on the coins in Scotland and in recent years I see they are circulating some Bank of England £5 notes with the Queen's head on them. An OUTRAGE to Scottish independence and an assault against the proud Scottish tradition of no Queen on our banknotes. I always ask for a Scottish £5 if the person on the till tries to fob me off with an English £5.
@segano1 Salmond and the SNP under him seem to me to be DEPENDENT on the Queen, Prince Charles and the union crown. They don't seem to me to support Scottish national independence at all.
You will see who promotes independence when you read my "Scottish National Standard Bearer" website - scot. tk
See my pages
* Scottish "Nationalist" failings - SNP Royalist traitors
@segano1 Also the SNP under Salmond are royalists, selling Scots into slavery under the union crown so defeating Salmond is an important step TOWARDS Scottish national independence. The better Salmond does, the further away real Scottish independence becomes so thank goodness the SNP didn't get more than 6. It is just a pity that other union crown parties did so well but the whole thing was rigged anyway so no surprise.
@segano1 Also you have weighed into a general political debate in the comments of this "Visit Scotland Get Murdered" video. This is not the best place to discuss it. This could have been any woman Scottish, American or otherwise. Thank god this wicked man was arrested. The all too liberal laws in this country are to blame the law is a mockery of all that is good in this country and my condolences to that poor womans family.
seonidh - It is not just the law it is the Queen's ministers and officers in charge of the law that is the mockery.
If I am noble and brave enough to confront officialdom regarding its incompetence they are suddenly not so liberal and will have me imprisoned or sectioned for embarrassing them.
The fault with the state ultimately lies with the head of the state, the Queen and all those (like you seonidh?) who support the Queen and her kingdom are guilty of allowing this woman's murder.
Offtofott - Queen Elizabeth out of Scotland because even if she wears a Scottish crown she is still going to get us Scots murdered.
ALL monarchs out of Scotland! End the kingdom! Establish a Scottish republic!
SNP support for a Scottish crown and monarchy is TREASON against Scots.
You are missing the point slightly if you think the crown is "British" because the crown also harms the English, Welsh and Irish - harms all of the people of Britain.
freddy77777 - The Queen is an ass. Those who support the Queen are asses. It is the Queen's ministers and officers who enforce or ignore the law as suits their stupid royalist faces.
We live in a country where the people are brainwashed by TV to support an ass Queen as head of state.
We need to remove the ass Queen and her ass kingdom and establish republics and elect good presidents.
@freddy77777 "Our law is an ass .We live in a country where murderers get 18 months" I 100% sympathise with you - we have the same problems in New Zealand and Australia. The PC-ness is outrageous - false humanity.
I wonder what justice gays who are murdered in the same way get in Scotland though. I saw the video about the two Scots who were forced to get off the bus.
I read (in Wikipedia I think it was) that the Queen Mother had reservations about Elizabeth marrying Prince Philip "the Hun" she called him - and Philip's sister married a Nazi SS Colonel.
Queen Mum was not much better because her husband's big brother Edward was a Nazi sympathizer who spied for the Nazis and told them where best to invade France, we think.
If I were President scotland would be freed. I mean come on. Vote for me. In 12 years. I will fix this world. ... One way or another I will fix this world.
sastath - 12 years! Why should we wait that length of time to fix the world?
How long does it take to assassinate Queen Elizabeth and family, Mugabe and all the other monarchs, official and unofficial who are ruining the world?
Well I don't know how long but not 12 years - that is ridiculous. 2 years, tops!
1 year 6 months to explain why we need to kill the monarchs (means taking over ALL satellite broadcasting) then 6 months to get it done - time for fair trials as well!
Juanfrago - If a president is a scumbag and the parliament agrees then impeach him, remove him (or her) and elect a new president.
Velez got 62% in the 2006 Colombian election according to Wikipedia. The next guy got only 22% so if he is such a scumbag how come the opposition is so weak and divided?
The Queen didn't get any votes because she didn't run for President and head of state of Colombia. I wonder why?
Across the UK criminals are laughing at the system. These scumbags are let off time and time again. 'Human Rights' organisations like Liberty are part of the problem because they put pressure on the government to ensure soft sentencing. When I was 16, myself and my family were driven out of our house by yobs. Criminals are scum and people who sympathise with them should be ashamed of themselves.
Yes but if you shout, swear or defy the police and the courts for failing to defend people from the criminal scum then they treat YOU as a criminal or a mad-person.
Because what the Queen's officers are really about is saving their own face - looking good even when they are rotten to the core.
Now the Queen and the UK itself are to blame.
We need republics with presidents who will sack poor judges and police officers.
Liberty are not the only royalists who are to blame. All are.
Do you really think this is a union issue though? There will still be crime in Scotland if it was fully independant. I agree with some of what you're saying but in France, which is a Republic many people there also argue about soft sentencing on criminals.
CULAVE - I see our political problems more as a Kingdom issue than a union issue.
The so-called "arguing" between politicians we see on TV is a royalist pretence which outlaws any immediate challenge to the incompetent powers-which-be.
At least in the French revolution they faced up to the dilemma of being ruled by royalists who don't permit in-their-face dissent and who had to have their heads chopped off to allow democracy.
Whereas UK MSPs/MPs must give an oath to the Queen 1st.
