it all looks incredible so now i suppose its down to the acting and to see if and how much they deviate from the original graphic novel. A lot of people say doing a direct adaption from comic to movie is boring let the movie deviate a little but watchmen I feel should never be altered especially if Alan Moore isn't the one doing the altering. Long story short

...The squid is ridiculous, yes. That's the point. It's completely over the top...anything that could force the world into world peace would have to be utterly foreign, bizzare, and terrifying. Snyder's "new" ending might not take away from the themes, but it would not plausibly create peace. In fact, it would most likely make the situation worse.

Why would Manhattan help Ozy build a machine Manhattan knew would have the ability to simulate nuclear explosions? He's omniscient...he would know what Ozy would do with it. Sure, tachyons could have been used to distort his view, but Jon would know something was wrong if Adrian did that, and would not comply.

SeanithanEgan...I think the CG you see in this vid is the unfinished, and basic animation...you have to remember these videos are mostly production to post-production...so a lot is unfinished...the shots in the trailers are the fine tuned ones, which i think look awesome

That shot of Rorshach in Manhattan's lab was beautiful to look at. God I love how this is coming together! Then again, it's all in Snyder's hands, this could be a diarrhea dog shit for all we know. Judging from what i've seen though, it looks incredible.
