The same Robert Cummings who played the Professor Robert Orwell Sutwell in 1963's "Beach Party" to infiltrate and study the lower social life forms of the California surfer scene?
If I recall the deep symbolism of THAT movie, JP Morgan was represented by the character of Eric von Zipper, played by Harvey Lembeck.
@mphello Very insightful and knowledgeable comment. And again, I agree with the deep symbolism that you have suggested. This video rather disturbs me. Especially when Kruger talks about "the competence of totalitarian nations". It portrays Hollywood at its finest: when it had a political backbone and sense of social justice. Now it is a mere simulacra of itself. A joke, in fact.
@BeholdZeus Hollywood (or, at least, American International Pictures) definitely had a backbone in the 1960s. All those hot women in bikinis (who are my mother's age - groan!) shaking their hips so fast HAD to have sturdy backbones.

@BeholdZeus By the way, I DO have to congratulate you on your use of the word "simulacra".
I think you have just been nominated for the 2011 award for the greatest intellectual overkill
by use of an obscure and erudite word in a YouTube comment box.

@mphello My sincere apologies. My aim was not intellectual overkill, just passive observation.
