I think she's supposed to know what's going on in Ron's head, so obviously she wishes he would react, but seems impossible. In the book, after the scene at the Yule Ball, even Harry knows what is going on and he does not think Hermione is missing the point.

My favorite scene! But you cut out the end when Snape rolls up his sleeves with as much glee as Snape ever shows to really shove the boys heads down. LOL I love that in the book he actually cracks their heads together. Too funny! Neither of the boys can help smiling every time they get whacked upside the head by Alan Rickman. Can you blame them?
