To have actual communism. To have an actual distribution of wealth throughout society, you have to have a distribution of power in the government amongst all people in that society. Meaning, to have Communism, you have to have a direct democracy so that the distribution of wealth is equal to the distribution of control over that wealth.

Communism is stateless. For Communism to have a state contradicts what is Communism.
The Bolshevik Movement, which began to call themselves Communists, took the name and used it for their own purposes. So now Communism has an entirely different meaning than it is actual meaning.
This process occurs through populism.

The Kibbutz themselves have problems w/ labor & have to hire paid workers or allow members differential wages. Some members now have partial ownership of property or homes & they are having to pay to eat in the dining room.

It has already been done in monasteries, kibbutz neighborhoods and settles, Buddhist temples in Tibet, Hippy societies in Montana, the Amish almost perfectly resemble this notion aside from having personal property, and it has been done during the beginning of human existence.
It is completely feasible and it is the ultimate outcome of a direct democracy.

To have actual communism. To have an actual distribution of wealth throughout society, you have to have a distribution of power in the government amongst all people in that society. Meaning, to have Communism, you have to have a direct democracy so that the distribution of wealth is equal to the distribution of control over that wealth.

There is probably technically a way to have pure communism if every single person in the system completely chose of their own free will to live that way. Yet even then, someone would have to be in charge of disputes & ultimately, you would have to accept someone else telling you how much you have to work & how much food you can eat, etc.
At the end of the day, it's next to impossible to have Communism w/o Totalitarianism. That's why when states try Communism it doesn't work & lots of ppl die.
