Wildfire almost destroys Prescott, AZ in 2002

OMG I REMEMBER THIS THEY CALLED IT "THE INDIAN CREEK FIRE" I REMEMBER BEING EVACUATED IN THE MOUNTAINS AND I ONLY HAD AN HOUR WITH MY FAMILY ( I WAS LIKE 4) TO PACK UP WHAT I WANTED.!!!! I REMEMBER THE POLICE SHOUTING DOWN OUR STREET BY THUMB MOUNTAIN AND I REMEMBER THE BLAZES AT NIGHT AS WE EVACUATED. SCARIEST THING EVER IF U WERE LIKE HALF A MILE AWAY FROM PART OF THE FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!

i moved to Michigan in 01 from Prescott, thank goodness I wasn't there then.

Thank God for the fire fighters, or Prescott would have been burned down.

we live in prescott and the fire was right behind our

house if the fire would not of been controlled we would

of lost our home.we also have great video it was taken

from our back deck.

agreed. I lived there too. I was pretty close to the fire and I ahd to evacuate. My house didn't get close to getting burned.
