Lol, well I don't speak spanish but everytime when we hear spaniards pronounce his name "Casillas" we don't hear those double L's cause spaniards pronounce those two L's very quick. We only hear "Casias" . It might strange to you because you speak spanish yourself but for people who don't speak spanish they think it's pronounced as "Casias"

@agaroud9 Well, I think it depends on the accent of every region because I have cousins who are Spaniards and they don't pronounce the ll the way you say, I also watch some Spaniard series and they don't pronounce the ll like you say, I'm Colombian and I don't pronounce the ll like "Casias", but I know and I've heard people who pronounce it like "Casias"; in Colombia the people who pronounce it like that, usually live on the coasts, don't know in Spain though.

Yeah, that's probably true. It does depend on the region. But I'm very convinced in Spain they don't pronounce the ll. I watch every Real Madrid match live on spanish television and the commentator never pronounces the ll.

@agaroud9 You're right. In SPAIN, the average spaniard pronounces Casillas like this: ka-THEE-yash (roughly). In most of Latin-America on the other hand it would be pronounced ka-SEE-yas or ka-SEE-jas, with that famous J for the double LL sound.
