You shouldn't store you're make-up brushes upside down because if you wash them like you are supposed to then the water will run back down into the glue that holds that fibers in and the brush will fall apart much quicker.

@nursezed you can makje a "dryer" out of a metal coat hanger... clip safety pin s on the bottom and attach rubberbands to the pins and wrap the bands around the ends of your brush so they can hang bristle end down to drain :)

As a makeup artist and a neat freak, please don't store your brushes standing up as they collect a LOT of dust that way. also, since you're keeping them in the bathroom, you really should keep them covered up, you don't want them collecting germs since they'll be used on your face and near the eyes. =)

I hate my bathroom. Our apartment was built in the '70s and apparently then they thought it was smart to put the toilet and tub in one room and the sink in another. I have no room whatsoever and it drives me crazy!! After watching this video I called my grandma and she brought over baskets and a jewelry box, Thank you for the inspiration

I like that idea for your make up! It's so much easier than digging through a make up bag. And I like your idea of that shelf in the cupboard..where do you get it? P.s. You could keep your old toothbrushes to clean your jewelry with some toothpaste, makes them really shine!

Great video. I'm going to watch your other videos also, and get my two granddaughters to do the same (20&21). What I don't understand are these girls that have tons and tons of makeup, so much that they probably don't even know what they have. I like how you keep just what you need and use. It's safe that way you don't keep makeup that is building bacteria.

Video is kinda long and babbley, but from a fellow babbler, it wasn't awful. I like how it shows that you're normal, altho I do enjoy an overly professional sounding video. I LOVE the scrapbook paper idea for those drawers. I utilize scrapbook paper for a LOT of things, ie decorating school binders, making bookmarks, and making backgrounds for my mini fish tanks and background for my corkboard (Most brilliant idea yet). but I'm surprised I never thought of this!
