When I first saw it in 1966, I felt sorry for McCoy. The older me wondered how can a desert planet with boulders on it not have salt deposits? And how did it hold out so long before The Enterprise got there without killing Professor Crater earlier? I guess those thoughts cross your mind when you look back and naively expect logic from a '60s TV show! Great review!
And just realized how old the vid is. I feel silly.
