I am from Denmark and we cook from the ground almost everyday! We go out for dinner maybe one time of the month. Then it gets really nice and exiting. This way i think we danes arent that fat as american - sorry but it´s true.. And in school we get "footboxes" (madpakker - the danish word) and then there is some food made of the kids parents or themselves. No cafeteria and no hot food :/
