@TheeUrbanGentleman I know a few kids who played against him they said he dominated them. lol. And Sid was 3 years younger than them too. They said he was absolutely ridiculous. And he's just gets better and better. And it's hard to imagine even being as amazing as him.

well when you are used to having every other player you play against try to hurt you out of jealousy or what ever for your entire life you have ti stick up for yourself, just translated into the nhl as well. especially since hes captain thats what captains have to do. speak up for their team for everything and anything, not to mention for himself as well

I'm from New York and the fans here are super brutal! =( As a ranger fan I understand to try and nock down the best player, but as a bigger Sid and Penguin fan, he really doesn't deserve it. Sid didn't ask for the media to give him so much hype. He's just going out there and trying his best, what more does anyone want from him?? I completely agree! I'm from Toronto and I HATE Leafs fans. I saw a Leaf-Sens game and fans were brutal. I know the rivalry with Alfredsson, but still. They cheered when he got injured and booed when he got up. Riculous. If Sid changed teams he'd be loved there, even if he was booed there in the past. I think people should be fans of players for the player, not the team they're on. Sundin is returning to Tor. in Feb. I really hope he doesn't get booed. But it wouldn't suprise me from Leaf fans.

It's hard to really tell, you have to look at it from all angles. When you look at the way guys play in the CHL, they play harder and tougher hockey because they all want a shot in the bigs. It just seems like once guys get into the NHL they just float around. I still enjoy watching Crosby play, I just wish it was with the same heart to play as he did with Rimouski. I find the CHL is a hell of alot faster than the NHL tho?...

obviously it's easier to play in that league. you can get away with a lot more, but in the nhl you're up against the best of the best who have seen it all. it's not as easy
