@Vinifera7 Almost vanilla. The sign at the start of the level was edited by me. Making the spinies drop out of the pipes was actually just some simple Map16 editing. The spinies are placed high above the screen so that they drop out once you get near them, it's that simple.
@MarioTheHat Actually, the theme I went for was Lakitus and Spinies. I only used a few spikes to make the room a bit more challenging, it was supposed to be end-game difficulty after all. It turned out a bit too easy though.

I can see the theme here is spikes(or something like that). It's really well designed, and have a SMW style, I really liked it.
