When I do the nebasena pulses, my back hurts, not my abs, I feel almost no fire there. I need to stop every few pulses because my back hurts so much. I tried straightening my back as much as I could, but that doesn't move the fire to where it should be. Do you have any suggestions?

sadie, i love the way your poses flow from one into another. i own a yoga cd but its nothing like the way you do it.i feel inspired to try it your way .how do i start?do i learn the asanas and then put them together, or do i learn the sun salutation first,n the gradually add the rest as i go along.
This is ashish, i have iliotibail band syndrome problem, or runners knee, i have searched on net that increase flexibility in IT band will help, using your yoga video helps me lot which poses do you recommend the most for helping my Iliotibial band and hip abductor flexibility and strengthing.
Hi Sadie, Beautiful video. Very gracefull and fluid movements. Excellent range of motion in all joints. I have a very tight hamstrings which limits my movements significantly. Any suggestions? Cheers & Thanks.
Try the back body opener videos and all the stretches for hamstrings and inner thighs. Don't for get the Magic Pose--Pigeon. It will make a huge difference in your flexibility. Good luck! xoSadie

Just on the back side, trying to keep your low back curve in, and not over-round the back.
