@nikkichan116 Snake carries a stun knife, which Oceliquid then uses on Snake (leaving it in his shoulder) and then uses it to well, stun him with the electric current So it's not Volgin's abilities.

You may have figured this out already, but I'd figured I'd explain the electrical knife.
