Greetings Suresh... I have to admire your courage to do cooking videos, as I haven't quite talked myself into venturing there- yet! I'll be sure to check out your blog, and BTW, loved the nonchalant closing of the closet door. :-)
Stop playing Jagjit Sing in the background its very distracting. Secondly, why dont you light up you cooking area and use a higher camera angle to show the entire process in more detail. Got to improve your commentry dude stop repeating sentences. Good job!
You can find Plain yoghurt in any Grocery Store, If you have any Indian Store near by you can find good Yoghurt there as well, alternatively, you can make you own Yogurt, I have the recipe in my Blog: Google : indian cookery podcast you will find my blog

Cilantro is an herb commonly found in Mexican dishes and salsas, and is sometimes referred to as Mexican parsley. It is actually related to coriander, which is the ground seed of the leafy cilantro plant.
Thank you and I will be uploading a lot more on a regular basis. Yes i use Plain Yoghurt, Most of the time, I use Home Made yoghurt, which i make. It works well for Indian Cookery. The next podcast we will cover the kerala Home style beef Fry
