  • Jutta 85, THis is Boiled Rice, We are boiling Rice, You can use 2 cups of water to one cup of rice for Fried Rice, Biriyani, The reason to cook in plenty of water is so that the Rice dont stick , It is like boiling pasta, Try and let me know

  • yo its one cup rice to 2 cup water, i even know that, but you said it wrong, 1 cup rice to 4 cup water, are we eating porridge?

    Stop playing Jagjit Sing in the background its very distracting. Secondly, why dont you light up you cooking area and use a higher camera angle to show the entire process in more detail. Got to improve your commentry dude stop repeating sentences. Good job!

    You can find Plain yoghurt in any Grocery Store, If you have any Indian Store near by you can find good Yoghurt there as well, alternatively, you can make you own Yogurt, I have the recipe in my Blog: Google : indian cookery podcast you will find my blog
