Awesome. I had this problem the other day. Keep it up. These videos are excellent. I'd even pay a small fee for quality tutorials each week. :-D [like railscasts does]
Since you're doing tutorials, I thought I'd ask a question, has your Mac hard drive ever disappeared from your event library and if so, how did you get it back? Only my external hard drive is recognised and when I eject it and try to create a new event it says "The operation couldn’t be completed. Cannot allocate memory" Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
When editing my film is it best to colour correct/audio correct entire clips first before cutting them into the timeline or is it best to but the original shots into the timeline, edit as i wish and then colour correct at the end?
I would assume as I may use several bit of the same clip that colour correcting etc first is the most efficient way?
@justafterdark Hey man - always add effects and color corrections at the end, as it can slow down your computer with rendering. Try to make a rough cut of the film before adding any such effects. You can copy the effects from one video to another :)
@danonabouncycastle i'll make a video when I unbox is showing off the specs! lol. I'm just waiting on my tax refund check any minute now, before I checkout!
Hey Dan, I love your vids and tips ! You inspired me to make my own channel and to release some shorts and tutorials of my own ! Thanks a ton for making videos, and please continue !
