I moved from Austin to NYC a few months ago and, oh boy, I sure do miss seeing Dale every Sunday at Ginny's! Thank god he'll be performing here in midtown in a few weeks; can't wait!

Before I forget, not only does the band put on one hell of a show, but Dale and the guys will have beer and a shooter or two with the crowd while they perform. It is like having the guys over to your house to have him perform for you and your friends. Dale and his band love and appreciate their fans. And you know what, we love and appreciate them. One more thing, Underwood, Swift, Hill, McGraw, Rascals Flatts, that's country my ass.

I just saw Dale Watson Sunday Nite at Vnuks in Cudahy, Wi and once again he put on an excellent show. Dale gave his fans the option. His band would play straight thru with no break, or they would do a long set and then a short set or just play a normal set. We all decided on a long set and then short. Now you tell me if Underwood, Swit, Hill, McGraw or Rascal Flatts would do that. The answer is no. To top it off during the break Dale came over and mingled with the crowd. Class all the way.

I love Dale Watson's music, his voice, and his band is slammin' and I've never seen them in person, would love to though, but I do live in Delaware, lol... THIS is what real HONKY TONK MUSIC is all about... damn fine stuff! I wanna find me a cowboy and have him whisk me across the dancefloor to this, "cry in my beer" but "feel good" honky tonkin' stuff!
