Man, Craig! Your videos are great. I am an amateur wine maker, but beer is my true passion! I've always been nervous to buy a beer kit but not after your videos, I will be purchasing a Cooper kit very soon. To ferment our wine we managed to salvage some bit 40-gallon plastic tanks my partner makes in the factory he works at. We're doing 40 gallons of Honey Meade, about 30 gallons of Watermelon, some Peach, and our own concoction for Maple Syrup! Maybe I'll do a video of my Cooper kit experience!

This is what life is all about. Friends visiting having a few . enjoying their own company not a fake social scene you see at clubs . I my self have been blessed with close friends that get together every weekin and play cards drink beer wine eat great food .Life passes dam fast here i tell ya I watch this once every couple of months for the laughs and remind my self how lucky we are . as all ways great vid.

From what I know of Merddyn, he has a good heart. I have had extensive conversations with him via the web cam and he's a very nice guy. I consider him a good friend and it's too bad we live so far apart. He's not gonna rip anyone off. He's just tryin' to get by like the rest of us. I believe that anything he shakes up will be in the best interest of all involved, including the consumer. I would never get involved with someone who was not on the up'n'up.

What's the co-op thing about?

I live on Co-op housing. That means that all the people who live in the complex are responsible for the operations. We don't have a landlord. We hire a administrator to help with the business side of things. We have a board of directors, which I am on, and every one who lives here gets to vote on every major decision. We have to follow guidelines, but basically, we run the place.
