I have to say this is my favorite cover version of Don't Stop Believing, because her voice isn't perfect...it's honest and beautiful because of it's honesty, You can tell if she wanted to sound better or more professional then the whole point of her style would be gone! I love it and for those who don't get it...too bad your missing out on some beautiful popes :)

Just to clear up some ignorant falsehoods by recent commentators on this page. Petra Haden's singing is actually even stronger than her fiddle playing, but she's a fine violinist. Her voice is HARDLY what anyone could call "weak": she HAS an almost 5-octave range as WELL as Perfect Pitch! She's recorded all of these songs covering all the parts using only her voice. Her upcoming album is her recreating symphonic film music using, again, only her voice as the orchestra. "Weak voice" my ASS!

I know she's probably just having fun with the song and the act, but the main singer comes off incredibly obnoxious. It's probably because I expect to hear a smooth enjoyable performance and she throws in her slightly humorous antics to substitute for instruments and it just ruins it.
