Every time you stun them and they get dizzy and make that noise they get (identical to the noise of "catching them so to speak) if you hit them before they stop being dizzy I think you've had a 100% rate of catching them Gian, might be a thought for upcoming bosses...

@StardustGD No. I think... :/ Unless World Rank does that. World Rank boosts the power of pokemon in the entire game. I'm not sure if it boosts the power of Pokemon you already have. World Rank is unlocked when you beat the game. You have to pay a lot of coins to use it though. :/
