its just an image.

he probably pre composed it in photoshop, which is dead easy if you use the actions function

yeah, actually made 1 picture template of all the little pics in AE, duplicated it 4 times to make the thing larger and then added the lights and camera. used cycore FX for the baseball and trapcode shine at the end on teh rectangles. =/ so no real easy way to get around it
