just because the tenant can account for his time doesn't mean he didn't hire someone to do away with them. He knew where they were going, told Sherilyn she needed to DIE, has an extensive police record, etc. He was probably pissed b/c she didn't want to sleep with him and because he was tossed out of his home at gunpoint. @judy4justice as they said in the episode, they pulled the GPS data off their cell phone which tells you, down to a few feet, exactly where it has been. Law Enforcement can have that data pulled off a phone easily and it stores for at least a few days at a time before it overwrites itself.

Law enforcement have the duty and responsibility to protect and serve gay people as much as straight people. Don't forget that -- I don't care what part of the country you are from.

My real extended family in law enforcement were basically brought up racist and homophobic. I'de like to think this does not impair their work performance, but it comes out at family gatherings. But people say that all Texans are racist, republican, pro-life, homophobes too. It's simply not the case.
