  • La misma mierda sigue siendo., igual que el Consul y su presidente. Son unos nefastos, que tardan en hacer cualquier trámite y siempre cobrando €€€€€€€€. Infelices que en ves de ayudar a la gente que esta fuera de Bolivia , les roban cobrandoles por todo.
