  • he came to my scool today it was sad :{

  • His dad came to my school once, I felt really bad. R.I.P. Ryan :'(

  • Very sad. He would be my age today.

People deserving of life (like Ryan) and all we get stuck with are mindless retards, thugs, and corporate thieves.

  • Autism, autism everywhere (referring to the comments)

  • every single parrt of my heart right now goes out to this kid and his family. i love you<3

  • Wow u people don't read dont u

  • U people r stupid

  • wow........this.........did.........not change my life. what a stupid little pussy. "oh ima kill myself cause some bitch doesn't like me". hahahahahaha. thats what he gets for being a pussy.

  • @conanthedeciever Your mouth must be bigger than your brain dumbass. He was relentlessly bullied before and after the incident with that girl. Next time you're thinking of putting up one of your insensitive remarks, do some research on the damn thing!! Honestly, show some sympathy.

  • @The0megaStorm

Honestly? This whole "bullying" thing is a first world problem. Ohh, someone called you fat and let you out a group? There are children out there starving and getting raped. BUT WE HAVE 2 WORY ABOT AMERIKA, CUZ ITS OUR MOTHARLAND!!!!1!

  • @Ifuckyourshitup We need to focus on erradicating bullying, in our country or not. The comments you are making are not helping. If you want to stop bullying in America, try making nicer comments, instead of going and saying oh, his dads such an idiot and a bad parent, beacuse you're being a bully yourself by saying that!

  • @The0megaStorm Oh yes. Bullying needs to be eradicated.

Let's eradicate a basic part of life. Let's all just get along, be nice to each other, and have sunshine, rainbows, and flowers everyday whilst farting pixie dust out of our asses. That's certainly not unrealistic at all.

  • His dad came to my school today. -/3 RIP Ryan..

  • His dad came to our school today. It was so sad. While he was playing the slideshow of Ryan he stood behind the stereo player and stared at the floor. I feel for him. IM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOST!!!!!!

    R.I.P Ryan we miss you!!!!

  • Rip Ryan your dad was at my school yesterday and he was crying and completely changed how I will treat other people from now on

  • @Ifuckyourshitup

Are you fucking kidding? This isn't a joke... Of couse @TheKittiesKill is "sensible" about this.. Who wouldn't? You know, besides you since you don't give a single shit about other people. Your fucking selfish... Only person who is sensible? My ass, His father was at my school crying because of his son.... Your so fucking self-centered... Why don't you find something else to make you feel better about yourself...

  • there's more to this story ryan's dad came to my school and told us all about it... and the online relationships were bulling, because the girl was just pretending to like him and he thought it was real, and then she spread rumors about him. so dont go hating...

  • U People are so fucking stupid! Its not the parents, Do u litsen to what they say or?!

  • @zwedanez Did you listen to what he said? In the beginning of this interview alone Mr. Halligan openly admits that he put a computer in his small child's room without any kind of supervision. That's like giving a kid a gun and expecting him to play nicely with it. That is a major sign of negligence and bad parenting. It is the parents. Hop off the anti-bully bandwagon.

  • @TheKittiesKilll

finally, a person whom isn't a fucking moralfag when it comes to these things

  • "My son had these online relationships that were invisible to me."

There you have it right from the horses fucking mouth. This isn't about "bullying," this is about the stupidity and negligence of parents. The same parents who let their underage children have free reign and shove poison such as Adderall and Zoloft down their throats. Stop supporting the act of an heroes and see the problem for what it really is. Today's society always wants to avoid taking responsibility.

  • @TheKittiesKilll

Fuck, your the only person who is actually sensible here.

  • @Ifuckyourshitup *you're

  • @Ifuckyourshitup Good to see that a person besides me has the ability to use their brain.

This video is full of shit, and it's sickening how so many people by into this crap. The dad is a fucking idiot.

  • @TheKittiesKilll

This video isn't full of shit... This is real... Don't believe me? I don't care.... His father talked to be about it.... He cried about it in my school... So sad

  • @jdkrs1 I already know it's real. He cried at your school. So what?

Mr. Halligan was the main cause of his kid's death, but he's not going to tell any of you that because he wants you all to serve as the scapegoat for his incompetence.

  • @TheKittiesKilll

Wait, so please explain to me why it was his(father's) fault. Why? Because he allowed his son to go online like AIM like every other kid his age? Because he went on a business trip? Please explain

  • @jdkrs19

because he should be focusing on what his son goes on at this age and who he talks to

  • @Ifuckyourshitup Hey, my dad didn't really go and ask me about how things were going for me very often, as he could see that I was doing fine, and I'm still alive. It is not just his fathers fault

  • @The0megaStorm

I know, but his father should have seen signs that his son was getting bullied, etc. (depression, loneliness, etc.)

  • @jdkrs19

1.He admits to putting a computer in his kids room

2.He didn't perform any kind of weekly history check for the computer

3.He let his child have free reign of the computer

4.He, like many other negligent parents, pumped his kid full of dangerous, suicide inducing antidepressants such as Prozac.

Mr. Halligan mostly blames children on the internet, but he fails to admit how he, the adult, let his son have free reign of the internet. That is scapegoating and negligence.

  • Really!? You don't feel that the kids that were being so mean should have to take any responsibility what so ever!!!!!! are you really that delusional? These kids need to learn that making fun of someone all the time is hurtful.... We as humans are a social Species there's a reason prisoners can only be in solitude for so long...

  • because it is mentally emotionally and physically harmful for humans to be in solitude and that's exactly what these kids did to Ryan.... In addition to the constant picking .... Child protective services would have taken a child away from a parent if they talked to their child like these children did to Ryan there's a reason for that it's called being verbally & emotionally abusive... I'm sorry but to lay his death on his parents is just stupid...

  • The kids need to take responsibility because you know what It may be your child they decide is the next fun target... When are those kids suppose to take responsibility & be demanded to have compassion and consequences...

  • @spazzyslm I find it sad that most of you willingly choose to overlook Mr. Halligan's key confession. He openly admits to his negligence, but then says he wishes to pit blame on children. I'm sorry, but whoever willingly chooses to overlook that is the stupid one. The source of the problem is the parents, and you all are so brainwashed you'll never be able to see a thing. Always pitting blame instead of looking at the root of the problem is the message being promoted.

  • @spazzyslm It's bad to use emotion over logic.

Of course there should be some sort of punishment, but to put the whole blame on them and call them murderers is completely asinine, which is what most of you bandwagon jumpers do a little too well. They didn't abuse him, they trolled him and played a trick on him. You comparing this to people in prison is pretty hilarious and completely irrelevant.

  • @TheKittiesKilll No, its bad to see that people like you have the ability to be dumb selfish idiots, who always think that there right, and don't give a hell about anything that anyone else says.

  • @The0megaStorm

    My bad, it's encyclopediadramatica(dot)ch/An_hero

  • Why the fuck would you commit suicide? Is that what the world is today? Pussies who think commuting suicide is the best choice because someone calls you names? Jesus Christ, what ever happened to beating the fuck out of the kid bullying you?

  • @Ifuckyourshitup Watch your mouth! You don't know what it felt like for Ryan, he was bullied left right and centre week after week. I know that he was a sensitve boy, so he was an easy target. Dont go shoving your nose into stories like this, saying horrible things like that, and thinking that he was weak got it? Either say something nice, or go hurl you insults somewhere else!

  • @The0megaStorm

  • Ryan's dad came to our school today. He expressed so much with us, and it brought me to tears. It was one of the saddest stories I've heard. He inspires a lot of kids who could feel the same way as Ryan did. It's so hard to believe this kid,..This kid that looks so happy. could commit suicide. But he was just hiding his hurt. Never do that. We wish you were here still Ryan! R.I.P

I wish you would've waited and talked to someone. Everything could be so different. After I heard your story, I couldn't stop crying. I even talked to your Dad on the phone because this whole thing bothered me so much. You're in a better place now with no harm or harsh words. Keep on shining in the night sky. :)

    Man, things are going crazy..

    R.I.P Ryan

  • R.I.P.

  • we read about this.... i feel so bad 4 his family... and those girls... horrible.

  • It sickens me to know that teens are using the internet like a gun. They shoot insults at others, with no way for the victim to escape. They aim for the head (The victim thinks that everything that the bullies say are true). Then they aim for the heart (the victim believes the things that was said to them).

  • @SugarCookie52 I know what you're saying it's horrible.

  • Its disgusting that people like that exist. Useless Trash like that deserves to die. Waste of space on Earth.

    R.I.P Ryan.

  • @rayraytoast So true. Scum like them desrve to die. If any of the people who bullied Ryan are reading this know, remember this; You are worthless scum, who picked on some one defenseless. You do not know how much I want to rip you apart inch by inch for what you did. I hope you like hell when you go there.

  • @Sibeveih1, you're right it is bad but who gives a crap if the dad gets paid for coming to our schools. as long as he is in some sort or form getting that word out. and helping stop this type of thing, hopefully!!

  • @Sibeveih1 Wow. I can't believe you had the balls to say that. Out of this man going to schools to prevent anything happening again like what happened to his son, all you can say is, "But he gets paid big bucks". Shame on you.. And you don't know if he gets paid at all. He could voluntarily be going from local school to school to talk about this..

  • His dad came to my school. It was really sad. People were crying.

    yan.

  • Oh and another thing , I would really like to be his friend! :)

  • ... Mr .Halligan came to my school (Sayreville Middle School)a while ago and the presentation made me cry , sad, but it also made me more hopeful and loving ... Not much people see this but Ryan SACRIFICED HIS LIFE FOR US! It was a warning to every kid who felt like him that there is more to live for and there are people who love you. • @jrockin98 LISTEN. THE BEST WAY TO DEFEND YOURSELF... LOOK AT THEM, AND LAUGH AT THEIR FACES, DON'T ACT LIKE YOU CARE. SAY, "WHAT DID U SAY?? "I CAN'T HEAR YOU! WHATTT? HUH??" AND JUST SAY, "LISTEN I CAN'T HEAR STUPID WORDS, SORRY!" AND WALK AWAY. WE HAVE ALL FELT THE SAME WAY IN ONE POINT OF OUR LIVES, BUT YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT EVIL IS EVERYWHERE, JUST TRUST IN GOD TO GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH AND THE FAITH AND IT WILL ALL STOP, TRUST ME. THE BEST REVENGE IS NOT IGNORE THEM, NOT VIOLENCE. OK?

  • i remember there was a girl i liked in the fifth grade who pretened to flirt with me, she only did that because she thought i was a lonely loser and she wanted to pretend to be my friend, when i told her a joke at lunch and i thought she was laughing truly, then i realize she was fake laughing, so i knew then she didnt like me, so i quickly got over her in a few months and then like two years later she told me that she didnt like me at all the whole time, but it didnt matter cause i was over her

  • i met my wife online, i hava a 4 year old with her and i can tell u guys one thing: i wont let my child have the same freedom i had using internet.

RIP Ryan, its a shame a good looking boy like you, with a dedicated father had to end like this, somone will pay for it thats for sure.

  • His father came to my school and talked about Ryan's story. It changed my life.

He in my opinion was a very good looking boy, and he seemed just as nice.

I will never ever forget Ryan or his family.

I will make sure to tell my children about him.

    R.I.P Ryan Halligan.

  • im in love with ryan halligan

    he was so cute

i don´t know why the girl he liked told him no!!!

  • @jasper2008ify it's not like it happened just once...he probably heard that every single day, no matter how much effort you put on ignoring it, after hearing it so many time, it can get to you.

And it's not that difficult to consider suicide, sometimes life just seems worthless and you see no point in going on. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending suicide, I'm just saying it's easy to start thinking maybe life isn't worth it (I'm still trying to convince myself it's)

  • Comment removed

  • who the fuck was that girl!!!!!!!!! bitcchhhhhhh

  • Hopefully these bullies look at this and regret what they did. All because of what they did ryan is now dead. And God bless the Hallengen family.

  • I believe that anyone who does suicide is a coward. Sorry but I don't sympathise with the father. Feel free to try and insult me, I could care less.

  • @prodigiousbastard You're not worth insulting.
