@TVrocks453 In short, this isn't an Arcade racer like the others you've mentioned, it's a semi-realistic racer (semi in the sense that damage isn't as realistic and there are a lot of helpers to smooth the game out). I don't have my notes with me, but I'm sure someone can point out the 'best' car (this is somewhat of an opinion though :D)

I think the people who want to steal this game or already are have forgotten the prices of every other game on every other console. iOS is as cheap as it gets guys, considering DS with rather simplistic graphic limits shoves out titles for $35~ a pop this is a really nice deal. Any time you pirate a game, you are hurting the developers, who won't be allowed to make sequels if their previous games don't show a return.

As for jailbreaking the iPhone, I don't see any value in doing that. I buy all my apps and I've never regretted it. They're so cheap, I can safely say I've lost more money then that and not noticed. Plus since my contract is over and I don't use it as a phone at this point, I don't care about using it with other carriers.

@wisamsabbah1 The only way you wouldn't be able to make money is if you've sold your previous vehicles and can't go back to lower brackets. If this is the case you're going to have to sell your vehicle and pick up something for a race that doesn't require cash up front - I've actually identified this as a con (in so much that there's no warning that you are locking off a bunch of races by selling a car).
