  • im going scuba diving soon and i have to wear a semi-drysuit and a wetsuit hood (oh no!).

are the tips any different for the suit? and can you think of any for the hood?

  • lol you think shes gonna help lmfao

  • The tips for the suit will be the same. Most semi-dry suits are only different in that they use a skin seal material at the wrist and ankle to help prevent water flow. Some use a drysuit zipper across the chest but the fit is still that of a normal wetsuit. For your hood you would like it snug around the head but not constricting at the neck. Skin seal at the face is often a nice feature to add for warmth and comfort.

  • Great help, thank you! Will you please explain how to properly fit for a partial wetsuit (short sleeve, short-like pant, not sure of the precise term).

    Thank you.

  • The fitting steps would be the same for a shorty suit as describe. The fit isn't quite as critical as the suit is designed for warmer waters, but you still look for a nice snug fit without being so tight as to cut off any circulation or making it difficult to breath.

  • I'd like to give her a hug.

  • true advise

  • wher a good place to get a cheap wetsuit

  • ebay
