  • Awesome job, fantastic look, perfect finish.

  • Excuse me sir if I offend, but...

    Ho-lee-fuck.

  • @JesusFuckingChrist84

So damn impressive, SO damn impressive.

  • Awesome job as always Pops. Showcase pieces! I'd almost hate to put it to use.

  • @hydraulix78 Thanks son!

  • Once again, Beautiful work Bruce! An orange sheath would be an awesome choice for that knife, it would really set off the wood. Maybe if you could silk line the Kydex? Just kidding of course. : )

    I hope your having a wonderful weekend! : )

  • @saradreaming Alas I have no silk perhaps you could donate some?

  • your attention to detail is commendable , if I could think of a fancier word it would also apply!! Nice very nice

  • That is absolutely awesome job. seriously. See to get one like that would cost me a bloody fortune. But I can have as much fun with the standard issue model. The Field Knife I have at home would look beautiful done like that. That's got to have a leather sheath with the polish on the handles, asthstetically let alone functionality. That is one hell of a mirror polish and one hell of a knife. He will like it. I can imagine now.:) Is it Snakewood because of the pattern on the back?

  • @johnwoodz1220 I really am not sure I think ironwood but I would defer to someone who knows wood better. I have had those scales for many years and never used them for some reason.

  • Great job. Very nice finish.

  • That is really one beautiful knife! the shine on the blade is amazing, and the colours in the wood are stunning!

  • and the vid length, short and sweet !

  • that is so shiny !!! what type of wood is that ?

  • @jmkm88 I have had it forever I think it is ironwood but I really am not sure.

  • outstanding knife

  • that is blade pornography :) what a gorgeous Knife...

    Best regards

    Sercout

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You have done an absolutely brilliant job on that steel mate. Congrats.

What grit did you finish of with?

  • @RDPproject I sand down to 2500 and then hit it lightly, (very lightly) on the buffer if you try to do too much buffing on stainless it wants to pull the steel we call it orange peel. If that happens the only way to fix it is back to the sandpaper.

  • @Nebulax123 Goes like paint sprayed on an Car. If it is sprayed properly then you buff it(the car).Hmm. Interesting. I've seen knives with such a finish on them.

  • That is nothing but beauty...WOW

  • Beautiful knife.. Just saying what you, gavkoo, and knivesandstuff do is amazing..

  • Man she's a beauty...

  • Man she's a beauty...

  • Man she's a beauty...

  • It's so beautiful Bruce! I like the wood grain too.

  • Beautiful polish, Bruce. It sure makes the handle and liners pop. Very nice! Wako should be super happy with that.

  • Looks excellent. The taper and drop to the blade looks perfectly good on this video. With the n690 edge retention and thrive design he is going to love it. That mirror polish will make it glide through meat like its not even there.

  • That is one beautiful blade.

  • gorgeous work Bruce. the polish is incredible.

  • Very nice job!

  • Stunning, love everything about it. Great work Bruce..

  • Absolutely beautiful little knife. *jealous*

  • Outstanding Bruce! Look as if its been dipped in unobtainium. Wako will be carving up venison like butter I would imagine. A blade like that deserves a nice sheath for sure. Can't wait to see what you come up with in leather. Cheers

  • @slipdisc In order to get it to Wako quickly I am shipping it with just a stock sheath. He has been waiting a while for this one.

  • @slipdisc Big thumbs up for finding the perfect usage for the word "unobtainium"... : o)

  • Congratulations Bruce, that is truly stunning.

    Take care, Ben

  • a truely beautiful knife

i'm sure you put a lot of time into getting this stunning result

i love the liner colour you chose to match with the superb wooden scales

kudos to both you and kiley

wako should be more than happy with this but in the end it probably depends on how well it dresses his deers and how long it stays sharp

i look forward to seeing wako use and review this knife

i wish the 3 of you continue to post great videos here for a long time to come

  • super great job! it is a lucky deer that will get to be dressed with this knife, besides being dead.

  • Absolutely fabulous!

  • very nice

  • I think I just pee'd on my pants.........wow!

  • Bruce, is it still convexed? Is it an illusion or does the sides of the blade seem fairly flat? JUst curious!

  • @traderjoes Yes it still has the convex that Kyley ground into it. I think it is the polish that makes it look flat.

  • @traderjoes if you watch the reflections in the polish you can see everything is distorted from the curvature. if it was flat you'd get a clean return on the images.

  • Unbelievably amazing job! Well done. A knife worthy of Wako!! :)

  • Looking great Bruce!! That wood is beautiful.

  • Wow. Breathtaking.

  • 'pretty good' now that is a real understatement ... that's all most to beautiful to use , you do very nice work ..
