To me, this sounds like Stockhausen, especially at 6:30. This whole thing sounds exactly like Stockhausen-style serialism, but the counting at 6:30 is just so distinctive... If I heard this randomly and didn't know what it was, I'd say it's part of Licht... It's very momente... The people shouting sound German, and this whole performance isn't anything like the other performances of this piece I've heard...

Hurray, another Ligeti piece to sink my teeth into!
I love how the voices barely come on, but have such an undertone effect. The screams are off-putting.
This sounds very unlike Ligeti's usual milieu. It almost sounds Second Viennese, or something to that effect.
