is this guy stupit,it it insuance companys that rip people off, home owners know if they have hail damage when the the whole neigourhood is getting done.and besides its the insurance ajustors that decides if the roof has hail damage
AllState is the company with the lawsuit by the way...they pay out the worst...no wonder they can afford to put their name on sporting arenas and hire legitamate actors to film commercials that run all day...because they rip their homeowners off.
(Continued) ask for their license and ask for referal numbers or to drive by another homeowner house in the area to see their work. If a contractor makes a homeowner happy their previous customers wont have any problem putting in a good word. Oh, and dont let the insurance comnpanys bullshit you into saying they will send their own contractors to inspect...they do that to. Scammers???...the insurance companys are the worst!
I like how he didnt mention how here in Arizona adjusters have told me they are trained to pay 137 dollars according to Xactimate adjusting software to comb out damaged a/c condenser coils when they owe 4 to 6 thousand dollars or more for a new a/c. I have several homeowners with copies of a lawsuit for denying general contractors overhead and profit. The lawyers themselves ar getting 64 million out of the lawsuit to give you an idea. Homeowners if u get a doorknocker ask for their license.
What a joke!!!...the REAL scammers are the insurance companies that paid this putz to make this video. For anyone reading this...google lawsuits against insurance companys and see the thousands of hits you get. Yes...there is a small percentage of roofing/general contractors that act on bad faith to turn a profit. But this bozo did not mention the numerous licensed, legit, hard working, quality contractors that canvas damaged areas to help uneducated homeowners repair their properties value!
Its people like you who make legit companies have to fight to survive. We knock doors and say exactly what you just quoted. But we are not SCAMMING anyone. Actually we are helping the homeowner to get the damage replaced and we represent them against there Insurance company. If the insurance company wasn't trying so hard to get out of paying for the damage we wouldn't have a job. So I guess the REAL scammers are the Insurance company.....YOU
