@CMY77 It's based on what country your detected IP is based in (or there at least used to be a way to override the default and you can go look at homepage for other nations anytime you want). People in Moscow get important dates for Russia; people in Prague get Czech Republic ones; many are world-wide ie earth day... @parashkevovivan better be the best webmaster in the freaking world, then--this is a part time hobby for him, just like how all Google employees are paid to spend time each month on an outside project to benefit the world. Some do things that help Windows and Mac (startling huh?), others help charities... but he did a bit of this first when interning then when he got hired, it became his side project. I wouldn't want his REAL job--the other 35hrs/wk :P
