RPJ's accent is a a bit weak, so in a way I'm not surprised they recast, however it is a shame because he deserves much better. Mind you if Hugh Laurie can do it, then maybe RPJ can too.

Such a shame Reiko Aylesworth is only in the pilot and didn't make it as a series regular. She deserves to be a permenant cast member of a show again.
