@Catfan4CP Yes, they both came out of the middle bay. In San Jose the Truck Companies consist of two rigs, a ladder truck and either a Rescue medic like this one or a Light Unit. They always travel together, unless the Rescue medic does a medical transport (rarely happens). In the bay to our left looking at the video lives the HIT rigs, two Hazmat trucks, in the bay to our right is Engine 29 and Foam Unit 29. On the far right (hidden by trees) is a bay for the Battalion Chief.
@TheEMS41 Yes, at the time it was the reserve rig for the Department, it's a 2003 Ferrara quint with a 100' mid mount ladder. It has since gone into full time service as Truck 16, and several other older rigs are the Reserves.
@ZBeeb thx sir for the answer. it looks so shiny and spankling :) wow great job :) Our rigs in the FDNY are clean too but not that standard ggg :) Greez Chris, FDNY, Ladder Co. 4 Midtown House, Manhatten :)))
We`ll get rid of our Seagrave 114foot Rearmount till August :((((((((((((( than we`ll get a 2011 Ferrara 114foot Rearmount Aerial. Many of our older Seagrave Ladders will become a Ferrara :(((( I want loos my Graver ggggg :)
@ZBeeb I have watched different videos of the SJS Fire every of their rigs is sooooooooooo clean :))) like brand new from the production line :) woooooow !!! :))) God bless the guys and their trucks onb every run ! Stay Save !
@phybergod The Rescue Medic is a 2002 Freightliner FL70 chassis with a custom Medic Master box. It does have patient transport capabilities and everything you would expect on an ALS ambulance. But it also has lockers forward of the medic bay that carry rescue equipment. On the roof is a light tower and it has a PTO generator.
