  • Hey Tighe - Enjoyed the clip..never been a hardcore gamer, but lately I've been rabidly waxing nostalgic over the NES. Spent a couple hours last night just watching, literally, just watching full playthroughs of old games on youtube!! Teleported me right back to childhood...probably going to buy the system w/ some games.. can't stop thinking 'bout it. Also, I lived in Coby from 90-94(block from where u parked car)..graduated CRCS in 94(1st yr of merger), knew some Richm. guys..when did u grad?

  • @tigheklory

do any of the stores have a sega 32x?

  • if you really like large classic game inventories you should check out play n trade theres only 3 in the u.s though lucky for me they are all around were i live providence, RI , Walpole, MA and Londonderry, NH

  • @MegaShady2000 There were several near me and they closed. :-(

  • @MegaShady2000 there still open?i tried the phone number for the walpole one like 5 days ago and it said the number was deleted

  • @Python199 oh you may be right the last time i went to the walpole one was about a month and a half ago

  • What a cool shop i would have loved to have visited although probbaly would have spent a fortune! That copy of Gaget twins was a really good price.Great video and i should have subscribed sooner :)

  • @darrenwalshsock I keep wanting to buy that Gadget Twins!

  • @tigheklory You should definitely pick it up :)

  • @darrenwalshsock I think I will and pop it in the Nomad!

  • @tigheklory If you dont like it we could always do a trade or something as i think the game looks wonderfully strange and i would love to try it :)

  • @darrenwalshsock Sure thing!

  • WHAT!! a 3DO with 50 game for $30!!? now that is a hell of a deal! Games a plunder looked like it had a lot of great games in it. That was a great walk through, thanks for the tour!!

  • @lukemorse1 Thanks Luke! Yes 50 games for $30. Most of them were just the discs, but about half of them had the jewel case and manual. BTW I love your bike ride videos in Japan! I wish I could live in Japan!

  • @lukemorse1 If you liked that store, look back 2 videos at my walkthrough of Mr. Dealz, he has a ton of great stuff!

  • Danger !! Bridge Out!

  • The boys come with you, thats cute! Do they like your retro games, or only modern ones?

  • @bencheshire My older one Edgar likes Neo Drift Out on my Neo Geo MVS, and Terminator 2 the arcade game.

  • Great walk through :)

  • @Samcubegamer Thanks!

  • Cool video. I like the Mach Rider intro. :)

Those Colecovision Super Action controllers are much better than the stock "phone" pads!

From what I recall you need them for Rockey, Front Line, and the Super Action Sports games, SA Baseball. I liked how they used the spinner dial to make your runners in baseball run faster. I don't think any other game used anything like that. It was pretty fun and innovative at the time.

So did you end up buying anything?...Anything for me? :P

  • @videogameobsession I was thinking about grabbing one of those. I need to get a power supply for my Coleco first! :-)

So you liked the Mach Rider music, did you notice the font on the title card is from Mach Rider too? Also the BTTF and Star Wars sound effects??

I ended up buying the Mario Bros cart for $14, even though it was a 3 screw. Love the game, it was there and I got it. I wanted to get the Ms. Pac too. I don't know what the deal is with the Black NES Game Genie.

  • @tigheklory Yep! I love those classic Famicom TTF's.

Do they pay anything decent for loose NES carts? I have about 75 that I am looking to sell, but I am avoiding eBay.

  • @videogameobsession I don't know, as you know I don't sell, I just buy. ;-)

  • @videogameobsession Was there anything in the video you wanted me to pick up?

  • @tigheklory Well, I am still interested for most of what's on my "game want list", but I don't recall seeing too much of it here. That Adventures of Batman & Robin (Genesis) would be nice if it's in good condition. Was it $14.99?

  • @videogameobsession I will check it out and let you know.

  • i can use google road maps to track where you live haha! but seriously i should go to cobleskill to find this place

  • @dustinjr1993 Haa haa! But I have geocoded all my videos, even the ones in my house.

  • @tigheklory When I'm gonna finish my shrink ray, I'm so robbing you! j/k

  • Very cool looking store, thanks for showing it off.

I’m amazed that they have stuff just sitting out like that. If I were them, I would be so worried about theft.

  • @equinoxfan82 Well there is only one door and the owner sits right at the door.

  • cool store.those one controllers arent for atari, they are for the ti99-4a.

  • @thepookninjatwo Ahhh! So would they work on an Atari?

  • the recent intro's are so good :D

  • @bludawee I will make sure to do more in the future!

  • Excellent video! Well done!

  • @tryton1000 Thanks!

  • I love your intros, Tighe! :)

  • @ToonLinkGaming I am glad so many people like my crappy drawings! :-)
