@gmzsj2009 You really have no knowledge about the principles of Islamic shariah, do you? IT IS LINA JOY'S RIGHT TO CONVERT OUT OF ISLAM. 'La ikraha fiddin'. which means there is no compulsion in religion. Islamic Scolars, such as Suffian At- Thawri, and Hassan Al- Turabi are of the same opinion, that no penalty should be prescribed for an apostate. of course there are other scholars who argue that apostates should be punished, but we can choose which opinion we want to live by. Understand?
@Delacrx1 it is not compulsory for a non muslim to convert to islam, but it is compulsory for a muslim to not no convert to any other religion.. u speak of islam but u dont understand the meaning.. u have to understand to convey the message.. dont let others think islam were as the way u told..

"la ikra ha fiddin" is not applicable to the Muslims.. it is for the non muslim and its their right to choose.. in fact, it is not the opinions of islamic scholar, it is the hadith of the prophet.. can i know, are u a muslim, murtads or a non muslim? cause u dont know islam well.. im afraid that u have been misunderstood of islam.
@Muhammaddhamiri I think u have misunderstood me. i know that it is a hadith. the opinion of the scholars refers to the right to convert out of Islam, and no punishment is prescribed to it.
@Delacrx1 erm.. i dont think that scholar is a good islamic scholar.. in the quran (words of Allah), Allah prohibits any muslim to commit apostasy. one shall be executed.
"They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them"
@Muhammaddhamiri For your information, the verse talks about slaying those who commit RIDDAH. as for apostates, the verse simply says that we should TAKE NO FRIENDS FROM THEIR RANKS. that is all. so plz, do not further waste my time in indulging in your lack of knowledge and understanding about islam. Plz don't use quranic verses to justify your arguments, when u dun even understanding what the verse means. misinterpreting the qur'an can lead the entire ummah astray. so tread carefully.
