my app world cant open help me please my phone show me the result that is (app world is not avalible in ur country:( help me i am using blackberry curve 8520
My app world has dissapeared from my phone, it was updating and then crashed, when I rebooted the phone it had gone. I have a 9780, where can i get the app world from?
this is useless - I just got a Blackberry and the icon that she talks about does not exist. I have searched all over the device and found no reference to access the apps. I find this curious that they make it so hard to spend money!
@brazy999 You can download applications from BlackBerry App World via your PC – go to blackberry (dot) com (backslash) appworld on your PC then connect your handset via the USB cable
when i click download and then i put my emal and password that works and then it just says loading with the green bar and it says nothing about the percentage going up the green bar just stays their and just loads and then if i click of from loading it says ' i need to agree to the terms and conditions ' and i have already done that when i made the account?
@rigger243 We're looking into this, but it might be better if you visit your nearest T-Store so one of our technicians can have a look at your phone. If you contact us by YouTube messenger, we'll help you book a time & store most convenient for you.
after i hit download, it ask me if i accept i click i do, then it asks me to log in with my email and password, then it takes me to my info like if i want to change my user id and password, thats were im stuck it does not give any other option. what should i do?
you didnt tell him what to do and i have the same problem :(

@1luc8ho7 Downloading apps from App World requires you to set up a BB ID with a user name (like an email address) and password. The ID will store information on what apps you've downloaded so that these can be restored (ie. if you change handsets), notifies you when updates are available and preferred payment detials for paid apps (PayPal or Credit Card) to avoid doing this for each transaction. It needs to be set up the first time you try to download an app and then accessed for others.
this pearl is okay but the 8100 sucks you get the old BBM
