Lip syncing doesn't mean that they don't sing. In fact they usually do to make it look like they really are singing live(@ahhh196).

Listening to the beginning I can hear some of the autotune come in, which makes my suspicion stronger. They want it to sound perfect for the audience, maybe she wanted it that way and wanted to some songs live, maybe she just can't reach those high or low notes.

I don't blame her, but it's awesome of her to show up and make a performance either way.

Listen to the beginning. It's two different voices. She is lip syncing till the end they cut off the cd and her voice sounds only for the end. Listen ti the first 30 seconds. It's not her voice completely

They all can't sing live on EVERY concert they go to or they wouldn't have a voice left to speak with. Demi Lovato manages to do it but she doesn't have much dancing in her songs so its easy for her.

it is a playback restructured to make it sound live. so she recorded another version of the song that would seem live. it means that she really can sing it on studio and sounds best when slightly modified. but with the added stress of live audience she can't. there's such thing with singers. you notice how she sounded live at the end? they turned on her mic, the part erased on playback. the frequency of the recorded playback is matched to what the mic would really sound like.

Not to spoile everything but at 2:58 you hear the song change, that's where they but the mic on. I know she can sing live but in "Get cha head in the game", the part where Troy sing "why am I feeling so wrong..." the mic was also just put on. They can all sing live, but not everything in the songs is live, kinda normal cause I don't think that there voice is trained enough to be able to sing a whole concert live. It takes a lot off practice and training.
