I tried putting the second code were i want the result to appear but rather it opens in a different browser window an does not have the feel of my site.

secondly the search is supposed to be powered by google but in my case is powered by yahoo.

can it be because my default search engine on my local browser is powered by speedbit i use fire fox

@snoob yes, that would involve css and ajax, just make the css put and empty div underneath the search bar and have ajax search for shit while you are typing that would display in the drop down, SIMPLE, i would make a video but i am using a school computer and my personal laptop fried FUCK YOU GATEWAY WITH YOUR SHITTY TECH SUPPORT FROM INDIA!!!!
