  • hey hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my BF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • he does this EVERYMORNING and EVERY NIGHT! one of the hardest things to do other than this workout is being consistent in it. This isn't his workout...it's just waking up for him lolz!

  • my hips ache, my legs ache, my nech aches, but my stomach is still big and fat. does it work? how long do i have to do these exercises?

  • @SOVVCIA these aren't really for fat burning, all the core muscles in the world won't show under an inch of fat. Keep at them but also eat right and run (or bike/swim if your joints don't like running) and you'll get results

  • This really wasn't all that hard...it was just the first and second exercises that hurt

  • @blessed hustla - just do wut manny does, u can't go wrong with the ab routine. There's a reason why he's the peoples champ.

  • ..can someone name all the ab exercises he did in order for me? this way i can look up each exercise on youtube and do them the real proper way, knowing the name of the exercises really helps

  • @rnzcrlordrgo na but u might do them the improper way if you don't have it completely explained to you. Manny Pacquiao is doin them correctly but you might do them incorrectly ... thats why i say it would help if i knew the name of every exercises it really helps

  • I tried this workout and let me tell u, it's killer! My abs, legs, hips were sore the next day and I didn't even complete at the exercises.I felt pain in places I never knew I could feel. What I liked about it is that u don't need any kind of machine all u need is yourself And the desire and motivation to want those killer abs.

  • Ok, so I tried to follow this same routine. I did pretty good till I got to 2:00 when he bounces. My abs cramped on me, & I couldn't even get up at the gym. LOL How embarrassing. The trainer had to come, & help me up. I thought I had a hernia. That was about a mo ago. I did it again today, & when I got to the bounce part I felt a sharp pain, so I stopped right away, & stretched so I wouldn't hurt myself. Oh man....
