  • This song reminds me a lot of the Dutch bands of the 60s as well like the Motions and The Golden Earrings.

  • Had an album in 1968 called 'A Wild Pair". One side was The Staccatos the flip side was The Guess Who. Both went on to become very famous. The Staccatos became The Five Man Electrical Band and did the song 'Signs' ... you know '... long haired freaky people need not apply'. I didn't realize this until googling this today.

  • loved the Staccatos during my high school days....go Ottawa !

  • It has elements of the Beatles, Hollies, and the Zombies..good sound

  • And the Roost in Ottawa was a place they played at many a times!

  • excellent 60's single, remember this band (and many others from Ottawa) playing teen dances in my home town

  • That's an excellent single, a very solid British Invasion influenced song with strong melody and harmony vocals.
