  • @bchangsf its because it was on the met-rx website, and you had to download it. Someone downloaded it, then uploaded to youtube..

  • @PersonOfBook DO alot of pushups and you will get a good chest hahah u dont need weights for chest .... weights are good but u dont really need em i did P90X and its pure pushups and thats how i got my chest

That crap he says about inner chest is also a load of shit. Sad part is people actually believe this to be true. Just like the idiots who believe crunches and sit ups will get a 6 pack.

  • @pengo2007 if you eat good and lose the fat yes. Abs are about low bodyfat not 100's of pointless crunches. The dumbest thing that people believe is that working your abs will make you lose fat on your belly. Or the you can get cut by lifting light weights.

  • @Plumfire2 Uh, crunches and sits do get you abs, thats how I got mine. Just eat right, make sure you're getting the right amount of protein for your workout and it works.
